MSME 50% Discount — Save ₹4,500 per Class

Businesses with valid Udyam/MSME registration pay only ₹4,500 per class vs ₹9,000 for others — a 50% saving. If you file in 3 classes, you save ₹13,500. Get your MSME registration done first (₹999) and then apply for trademark to maximize savings.

TM vs ® — Important Distinction

• ™ (TM symbol): Can be used from the DATE OF APPLICATION. No waiting required. Use it on all brand materials immediately after filing.
• ® (R symbol): Can ONLY be used after receiving the official Registration Certificate from IP India. Using ® without registration is a criminal offence.
